The fabulous view from an elevated location and the friendly staff. Certainly the spa and clean pool.

Requires a major cleanup and overhaul. The bathtub appeared to be leaking, flooding the bathroom floor. The windows and display shelves in the lobby were dusty, which is a pity as the decor is imaginative and attractive.

It looks rather run down, guess it’s pretty old already. There isn’t much choices for breakfast buffet as well but taste wise, still okay.

Breakfast is good. Hotel room includes places for Muslim player (NMas) displays the direction to Mecca( KIBLAT) at the ceiling. Night view is very nice. It is quite place and suitable for both couple and family.

I love so much about the bed ..it was cosy...beautiful...bed was clean...even my frens...says bedroom is beautiful..

Well my room...I discovered there is lizard somewhere in the room...cause it signalling me it's around...and would prefer to have shower room than bathtub...cause nowadays hotels have shower room than bathtub

The hotel is located on the hill. The view from our balcony was superb, especially at night. It was windy. Room were big. The staffs were very helpful and kind.

There were 8 of us and I strongly recommend this place for parents who have more than 2 kids. A place where hotel spaces are limited but at Crown Vista you will not have to worry about that. A less crowded hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A place where shuttles are made available for you everyday for shopping fanatics. Staffs at the Scenery where you have your breakfast are extremely polite and friendly, namely Nia, Mia and Sahud. Thank you breakfast team! Thank you to Ika from the Spa who was friendly and gentle with wife's face... :) A big thank you to Front Office Manager Mr David who had been a listening ear and took action immediately on all our complaints. Front Office Team William, Rizal and Steven whom had tried their level best to accede to our request. The entire Engineering Team and Housekeeping Team who helped to ensure our rooms are clean and all equipment meet our demands eventhough they are called at 12am! Thank you Crown Vista once again. See you again next year!

Unfortunately room allocated me was old probably due for renovation. Unable to experience freshness feelings. Seems as Facility was undergoing renovation/upgrading.

Room was big . Bed very comfortable. Fridge minibar was very cold. Live band was entertaining .

You should ensure the room are clean from dust. Most of the furnitures inside the room are dusty except the bed. We was a little bit disappointed because my family are very allergic to dust. My wife couldn’t slept peacefully for two night even after we changed room.

View was great. Breakfast was good. Room and bathroom was comfortable. Get the room with a balcony because the night view is great - only city view. There are two pools, one mid size and the other a hot pool, which is great.

Hotel up the hill, which makes it a little further. No shops around means that you would need to stock up prior to getting back to the room. Pool/gym requires walking some distance down stairs. Restaurants are reasonably priced.

The view from the property which was on a hill was fantastic! The buffet breakfast was nice and the waiters attentive and helpful. The Beer Spa was good.

The complaints that we had about the bathtubs from the two rooms we booked that could not drain the bath water were not attended to. And the location is quite a distance from the city and shopping areas.

I got upgraded to a suite which is big. The room looks pretty dated but clean. Quite a number of good international TV channels. huge balcony but really hot in the morning/afternoon as it faces the sun. The Spa Village has really good spa! ask for Hawa when youre there. she's really good. theres a microwave in the suite which i didnt use, but could be useful if i was staying longer.

the breakfast was quite disappointing. there isnt shops around so you pretty much have to take a shuttle down for dinner or bring food up.
